Daniel Poneman

Daniel Poneman

Prior to becoming an NBA agent, Daniel Poneman spent a decade as a scout and consultant for more than 300 Division I colleges, NBA teams and international franchises. Profiled in The New York Times and Sports Illustrated as he made his name on the grassroots scene, Daniel rose from teenage scout to Chicago basketball mainstay.

Daniel has helped hundreds of young men from Chicago’s inner-city earn college scholarships at all levels as the founder of the Shot in the Dark Foundation, and is credited with being the first scout to recognize many NBA talents. Most recently, Daniel partnered with Dwyane Wade and Chance the Rapper to produce Shot in the Dark, a Chicago basketball documentary that premiered earlier this year on Fox.

EJ KUSNYER

Ernest “EJ” Kusnyer III grew up in Pittsburgh and was a star player at Mercer University. After his college career, EJ played professional basketball overseas for five years and represented himself as a rare player-agent. EJ navigated his own career to professional leagues in five countries, ultimately starring internationally in the prestigious FIBA Euro Challenge.

After becoming a father of three and a few injuries, EJ decided to retire from professional basketball and pursue a career as an agent. Now representing players in the NBA, and top leagues around the world, EJ's quick rise in the agent ranks was profiled by The New York Times in October 2018. In addition to his work as an agent, EJ serves as the Vice President of the Be A 9th Wonder Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides student athletes with education, sports development and life skills training at no cost.

MIKE NAIDITCH

With more than 20 years of experience as an NBA agent, Mike Naiditch is a true veteran of the basketball industry. He’s a regularly featured speaker at “Agent School,” and many young agents credit Mike as a mentor and guiding force.

Through the years, Mike has built strong team and derivative business relationships at all levels of sport. Having represented rookies and veterans alike, Mike has earned respect around the league as both a talent evaluator and contract negotiator, most recently highlighted by the meteoric rise of Golden State’s Alfonzo McKinnie and the substantial contract of Detroit’s Glenn Robinson III.

With a small client list, Mike is in your corner and focused on getting you the best possible deal. Most agents with his experience and connections have more clients than they can handle. Mike is committed to our philosophy: Less clients and more individual attention, all within a family-like environment.
